Had a nice walk with the dogs today on Hounslow Heath. It has taken a while to get used to walking a pair of dogs, as opposed to just the one.
If anything, though, it has shown us that RTL was actually quite a difficult individual. Compared with her, FFS is much easier and more compliant. We got RTL a little late from the breeder, at 12 weeks – we wonder whether she might have been returned, or had experienced a difficult early life.
Anyway, Spring is approaching. I saw the first blossom of the year. It’s a very hopeful time. Through the milky sunshine, and the temperatures in the teens, it felt good to be out.
