Came home today to find an advanced copy of my new book had arrived. The excitement was slightly tempered by the fact that the dogs had torn the packaging into shreds and had tried to eat it. But it wasn’t too badly damaged.

Great you write about this subject as a scientist. As importer of organic and biodynamic wines in the Nehterlands I am explaining a lot the way my winemakers work. I hope your book will help to see all the advantages of natural winemaking and -drinking.
