I should add that this isn't really on an industrial scale - it looks like some guys doing home winemaking on their patio.
If anyone has *good* videos of the various steps in winemaking, load them on to youtube and I'll blog them here. Could be fun.
You learn something everyday!!! Never heard of youtube but must start exploring this.
Those grapes are huge. It looks like they just went to the supermarket and bought them.
