Colmar was very pretty this morning when I went for an early morning stroll. It’s a good place to be based: slap bang in the middle of the Alsace wine region. Today we shall be mostly in vineyards.

Have fond memories of spending a few days in that region. Colmar is very pretty and flowery, look out for the great hanging shop signs and storks. I felt like I was in an illustration from a book of fairy tales. The cathedral is well worth a visit.
