Lovely red cherry, spice and herb notes on the nose, with a hint of cinnamon and anise. The palate is fresh, supple and pure with lovely smooth red cherry fruit. Sappy and fresh, it’s sort of half way between a red wine and a rose, and it’s utterly delicious.
