I am glad he did: it&#8217;s brilliant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hermit on the Hill The Infidel Sauvignon Blanc 2012 Stellenbosch, South Africa<\/strong><br \/>\nComplex and engaging, this naturally fermented Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely nose of pear, grapefruit, white peach and spice. The palate is fresh and precise with lovely balance between the ripe pear and peach notes and the fresh citrus and herb characters.
