It&#8217;s just that I am in the Loire, in Blois, not far from Touraine, and &#8211; as often happens on these sorts of trips &#8211; I&#8217;m so busy that blogging is tricky.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7187\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7187\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wineanorak.com:\/wineblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/castlebois1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7187\" title=\"castlebois1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wineanorak.com:\/wineblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/castlebois1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7187\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Castle of Bois<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I arrived yesterday evening, after a train journey that took the best part of a day, but which allowed me to get some more work done on my wine science book revision. I find trains are great environments for working.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wineanorak.com:\/wineblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/blois1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7184\" title=\"blois1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wineanorak.com:\/wineblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/blois1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"370\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m here in the Loire to judge the Councours Mondial Sauvignon awards, with some 60 other wine professionals from all manner of different countries.
