It&#8217;s 15 years old (almost 16) and it&#8217;s drinking beautifully, with no sign of tiredness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graham Beck Brut Blanc de Blancs 1997 Robertson, South Africa<\/strong><br \/>\n50% of this was fermented in barrels, and it spent 4 years on the lees. Toasty but not too developed with lovely white peach, apricot and citrus notes. There are also complex vanilla, brioche and almond characters, with genuine complexity and finesse.
