I&#8217;m sitting in the access zone, which is the social media hub of the fair. Pictured above is Andr\u00e9 Ribeirinho (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adegga.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.adegga.com<\/a>)\u00a0and Benoit Tarlant (of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tarlant.com\" target=\"_blank\">Champagne Tarlant<\/a>), who is showing off his new iPad. Very interesting bit of technology.<\/p>\n<p>This morning I presented a tasting on English Sparkling wine. Specifically, we looked at how it compares with benchmarks from elsewhere. The English sparkling wines showed brilliantly.<\/p>\n<p>Then I did an Alentejo food and wine matching session, and I&#8217;m just about to repeat yesterday&#8217;s &#8216;Touriga Nacional Rocks!&#8217; tasting.
