It is from vineyards at almost 500 m in elevation, on a south-facing plt on pink granite, planted at high density from 50 year old vines\u00a0(10 000 vines per hectare).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Julien Sunier Fleurie 2010 Beaujolais, France<\/strong><br \/>\n12.5% alcohol. Beautifully expressive and relatively complex for Beaujolais, this is fresh and sappy with lovely cherry fruit, as well as subtle greenness and fine spiciness. Some tannin, but it&#8217;s pretty silky.
