All in beautiful sunshine. Once again, pictures will have to suffice. Words will come later. The day began with a visit to Neil Ellis&#8217; new cellar door. I like his wines a lot: they emphasize freshness and focus. I really liked his Pinotage, which was quite Burgundian. I was hosted by Gyles Webb and his son Thomas. Such an impressive range of wines that some seem to have forgotten about. Tasting and dinner at Reyneke, with Johan Reyneke, Rudiger Gretchel and the team, including Ryan Mostert and Sam Suddons who I&#8217;d met\u00a0at the Swartland Revolution. Such a great group of people with positive energy. Biodynamics has really kicked in here and the wines are just fabulous.
