Here are two wines that are drinking very well now. Indeed, this seems to be the skill with Bordeaux: catching the wines when they are ready to drink. How many tasting notes do you read where people say that the wine isn&#8217;t yet ready, or has already peaked?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chateau Cantermerle 200 Haut-Medoc, Bordeaux<br \/>\n<\/strong>Elegant, mellow and spicy with complex meaty, earthy notes and an evolved savoury elegance. Nice core of blackcurrant and berry fruit. Fresh, with lots of life and fruit still left. Nice freshness, acidity and tannins on the palate, with some grippiness and subtle earthy notes.
