It&#8217;s a posh version of their Cerasuolo di Vittoria, which is a deliciously fresh blend of Frappato and Nero d&#8217;Avola. For drinking now, I have to say that I prefer the regular version, but this may well develop nicely in bottle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planeta Dorilli Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico 2009 Sicily, Italy<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cherry red colour. There&#8217;s some sweet creamy oak here as well as bright, supple cherry fruit. It&#8217;s medium weight, aiming at elegance, but it needs some time for the oak to settle down.
