Owner Lanny Huff began the project in 2002, and built a winery in 2004. His family have 12 generations in the county, and he was a chemical engineer. \u2018I said the one thing I wouldn\u2019t do is become a farmer,\u2019 he told me. He\u2019s since planted two vineyards. The one around the winery is called 62 + 1 vineyard, and it\u2019s 15 acres. And there is also the 23 acre South Bay vineyard. Quite harmonious. 88\/100<\/p>\n<p><strong>Huff Estates Pinot Gris 2017 Prince Edward County, Canada<\/strong><br \/>\nTight, linear and stony with nice bright citrus fruit and a hint of apple. 88\/100<\/p>\n<p><strong>Huff Estates Unoaked Chardonnay 2017 Prince Edward County, Canada<\/strong><br \/>\nThis has attractive pear and apple fruit with a hint of honey. Nice herbs and spices here as well as a hint of apple.
