It&#8217;s quite a subtle wine but a delicious one, with real texture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BK Wines Skin n&#8217;Bones Skin Contact White Savagnin 2016 Adelaide Hills, Australia<\/strong><br \/>\n11.8% alcohol. This is really interesting. It\u2019s a well behaved skin contact wine: lovely linear, textured citrus fruit with hint of pear. There&#8217;s a faint hint of mint, too. Has some spicy, white pepper bite under the fruit, and a long, linear finish, with a bit of lemon pith. This is really beautifully made.
