It’s an attractive light pink colour, and shows taut, compact cherry and citrus fruit with a hint of red apple and just a trace of creaminess. It’s rich and fruit-driven with ripe pear, apple and citrus fruit and really well integrated acidity. There’s a hint of brioche\/toast, too, adding interest.
