This is another lovely wine in the Roberson Wine<\/a> Christmas sale. It’s just lovely: benchmark Crozes from a negotiant working traditionally in the south.<\/p>\n

Arnoux & Fils Crozes-Hermitage \u2018Petites Collines\u2019 2014 Northern Rh\u00f4ne, France<\/strong>
\n12.5% alcohol. Arnoux are a negociant based in Vacqueyras, and they make wines traditionally: fermentation in concrete vats followed by maturation in large foudres. This Crozes is lovely: it\u2019s fresh and perfumed with some black pepper adding interest to the textured black cherry and blackberry palate. It\u2019s just so well balanced and typical: harmony is achieved, and this could only come from the northern Rh\u00f4ne. A super bargain. 91\/100 (\u00a312.99 Roberson<\/a>, reduced from \u00a318)<\/p>\n
