\n12.5% alcohol. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Base wine spends 10 months in oak, organically farmed grapes. Bright and lively with pronounced red cherry and citrus fruit. Linear, fruit-driven and very pure with a hint of apple as well as pure lemony fruit. The acid is really well integrated and the sweetness of the dosage rounds everything up beautifully.
