But too few Cavas have the easy drinkability and purity that would make them more enjoyable. There are some highlights though, and \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wineanorak.com\/wineblog\/spain\/cult-cava-juve-y-camps-reserva-de-la-familia-gran-reserva-2011-spain\" target=\"_blank\">Juv\u00e9 &amp; Camps<\/a> is one of them. This pink Cava is just lovely and massively smashable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juv\u00e9 &amp; Camps Pinot Noir Brut Ros\u00e9 NV Cava, Spain<br \/>\n<\/strong>12% alcohol. Full pink\/red in colour, this vividly coloured pink fizz shows lovely pure fruit: cherries, crabberries, rosehip syrup. There&#8217;s also a bit of pear and grape richness. I love the fruity purity.
