This wine is dedicated by Alain to his son, Stanislas, and it is made from Chardonnay, sourced from the C\u00f4te des Blancs. Stanislas and his sister Garance are now running things here at Thi\u00e9not, who also own Canard-Duch\u00eane, and who have a majority interest in CVBG (Dourthe), a major Bordeaux negociant. This is a rich style of Champagne, with lots of flavour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Champagne Thi\u00e9not Cuv\u00e9e Stanislas Blanc de Blancs 2006 France<\/strong><br \/>\nLovely depth here: rich toast, apple and spice notes with some apple pie. Smooth and textured with honey and brioche notes. There&#8217;s richness and depth here.
