I first encountered Juv\u00e9 y Camps last year in Barcelona. It’s a sort of ‘cult’ Cava, in that it’s really good, more expensive than regular Cavas, and is a bit of an insiders’ tip. It’s now available in the UK, and while this would never be confused with Champagne (that’s not the point), it is distinctive and quite delicious.<\/p>\n

\nVery fresh and floral with bright citrus fruit aromatics. The palate is fresh and pure with zesty citrus fruit and nice acidity and a lovely twist of aniseed and citrus peel. Real personality here. 92\/100 (\u00a319.50 Forntum & Mason, Excel Wines, Cambio de Tercio, Vinoteca, Noble Wines)<\/p>\n
