Enjoyed this last night at The Glue Pot in Reims, which has a lovely list of grower Champagnes and craft beers. This was 94 Euros on the list. It’s really tight and youthful, and could probably do with quite a bit of time to show its best. But it’s superb.<\/p>\n

\n5 g\/l dosage. Base wines aged in oak, wild ferment. Very taut, fresh and linear with amazing precision. Notes of citrus pith and lemon with a bit of grip. This is so primary still with lots of potential for development. Incredible focus and concentration of flavour. 93\/100<\/p>\n\n
