Video: my segment with David Motion on BBC news

David Motion of The Winery has uploaded the segments he and I did on BBC news a while back, talking about why wine tastes different on different days:

While it is possible that the phase of the moon can change how the same wine tastes on different days, it's more likely that the taster is changing between days - saliva flow, frame of mind, general happiness, what they have eaten earlier in the day. Also, as you pointed out, there is expectation bias.

Good piece. Kudos for presenting dry Riesling.

He began by saying all biodynamic wines tasted better (on any given day?), bias built in right there!
