Discuss the issues
This section of the site will allow readers to discuss some of the issues raised in the book. Many of the topics are controversial, or are as yet poorly researched. There's plenty of scope for informed comment. You might disagree with some of the stances I have taken, or feel that I've missed some important data, or could do with a fresh perspective.

Rather than run a forum or bulletin board (these tend to die fairly quickly unless there is a large volume of traffic), I'm intending to use this page as a correspondence column.

Feel free to send in your comments, views, criticisms or insights and I'll post them here, with a view to maintaining a continuing discussion of the topics touched on in the book.
