Just back from the launch of a new book, The Wine Opus. I’m too tired to talk about that now, but will report in depth tomorrow.
For now, some pictures of the London skyline, taken from the 10th floor of the art deco Shell Mex house, home to publishers Pearson (of which group Dorling Kindersley is part).
Two are views roughly west, including the London Eye, Waterloo Station, The South Bank and the Houses of Parliament; two are views roughly east, including St Paul’s Cathedral, the gherkin and the City.
